Room for rent in MOUNT PLEASANT, Queensland for sale

We have a room for rent in a house-share, on a quiet friendly street in Blacks Beach Cove. House was recently built and is very modern, with wardrobes, ceiling fans and A/C in every bedroom. The house is fully furnished with everything you could want, as well as a shared garage parking, workout room and outdoors bbq area. The available bedroom is currently unfurnished, but I have a spare double bed if required.
You will be living with one single male Simon in his early 30s and a couple Tango and Rebecca in their mid-20s. Rebecca and Simon work in the city and Tango works away in Coppabella and is back on weekends. We are tidy and friendly people and we are preferably looking for a clean, like minded, working professional to join us (we will also consider people on holiday visas).
Rent is $140 for singles; couples may be considered for a bit more. Price includes reasonable usage of utilities. The house is also on the high on speed NBN network and shared internet is also available (internet price negotiable).
