Bathroom is very large with plenty of cupboard space and a nice garden atrium and a recessed spa bath.
Housemates are myself and my partner (We own the house) and 1 other male Our ages are 24, 26 and 27.
There is a fridge downstairs to store your own food, there is also pantry space in the kitchen for your items.
Bills are included in rent, you only provide your own food and bathroom/laundry items.
Pool.
Unfortunately only street parking is available but it is a very quiet street with little to no foot traffic.
Smokers welcome - however smoking outside only.
Pets not allowed.
No children.
